BCK is seeking a highly skilled, proficient, and self-motivated Associate Attorney with multiple capabilities and experience in corporate/business transactions and real estate matters. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic growing practice. A qualified candidate must be a team player, have excellent analytical and drafting skills, be self-supervising, and be able to efficiently multitask. An existing book of business is preferred but not required.
