Bradley S. Braun

Bradley S. Braun is a shareholder and managing director in the firm and founded BCK with his partner, Greg Kruzel, in 1999. He has been providing quality legal services to clients since 1986. His clients have assets ranging from the moderate “non-taxable” estate to estates valued in the tens of millions of dollars. Brad’s success in his practice stems from the fact that he educates and guides each client through the myriad of personal and legal decisions necessary to create an estate plan that achieves his clients’ goals while minimizing taxes and the time and expense of estate administration. Brad takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients. He not only understands the law, he understands his clients and their present and future goals and concerns. This personal approach ensures that Brad’s clients make informed decisions, and as a result, their ability to preserve and increase their wealth during their lifetime is enhanced. Brad’s clients find that under his guidance, their dispositive intent and healthcare wishes are clearly delineated and the transfer of their wealth to future generations is both effective and efficient. Further, Brad works with personal representatives and trustees of estates and trusts in both non-contested and contested administrations.

Brad is active in the Arizona community. He serves on the Board of Directors of Altered Tails Barnhart Clinic. Brad and his family have also fostered dozens of puppies over the years for Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and other related organizations. Brad served on the Board of Directors of Learning Ally (formerly known as Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic – Arizona Unit) and chaired their annual charitable golf outing for over fifteen years. He previously served on the Board of Directors and is past President of the Valley Estate Planners. Brad has been a member of Valley Estate Planners and Central Arizona Estate Planning Council for over 20 years. Brad is also listed in Best Lawyers of America, Trust and Estates.

Like many other Arizonans, Brad was born in Chicago, Illinois. He received his B.S. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from De Paul University. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar as well as the Arizona State Bar.

Brad is married and has two children. He enjoys photography, golf, and scuba diving.
