Holli A. Higgins

Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal

Holli A. Higgins

Holli Higgins joined BCK in January 2024 as a Paralegal in the Estate and Trust Administration Department.  Holli comes to BCK with over three decades of experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, trust and probate litigation, real estate and business transactions, and commercial mergers and acquisitions.  Holli enjoys establishing and maintaining excellent client rapport by providing a top tier level of service and serving as a compassionate professional during what is often an emotionally challenging time after the passing of a loved one.

Holli assists attorneys and clients with the estate and trust administration process from beginning to end, engaging in a variety of tasks, such as drafting documents to comply with statutory requirements,  assisting with opening a probate, gathering and safeguarding assets, obtaining appraisals and inventorying assets, preparing the plan for dividing assets, and working with attorneys and accountants to prepare and file estate tax returns (Form 706) and related forms.

Holli was born and raised in Montana and lived on a ranch in northern Montana until graduating high school. She attended college at Missoula, where she remained to raise her family until relocating to Arizona in 2015.  Holli enjoys reading, puzzles, spending time with friends and family, particularly her grandchildren and her rescue cat, and of course being outside in the sunshine, as those Montana winters were cold.
