Matthew joined BCK in September of 2023 as an estate administration and corporate paralegal. Matthew assists attorneys, fiduciaries, and clients with navigating the probate and trust administration process from start to finish. Matthew prepares and files any necessary probate paperwork with the courts, compiles documentation and information related to the ownership and valuation of a decedent’s assets, prepares plans of division, and works directly with the attorneys, clients, and various professional advisors to ensure all aspects of a decedent’s trust and estate are fully administered clearly and efficiently. Matthew also utilizes his background in business planning to assist clients with the formation and modification of entities as well as the creation of various agreements and contracts related to their business needs.
Before joining the BCK team, Matthew worked for a boutique estate and business planning law firm in Phoenix as an estate and business planning and estate administration paralegal. Matthew has over twenty years of experience assisting clients with estate and business planning, asset protection, and probate and trust administration issues.
Matthew was born and raised in Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies. Matthew is a proud father and lover of music. When Matthew is not relaxing with friends and family, he enjoys cheering on Arizona Sports teams (other than that school down south), playing sports, going to concerts, and four wheeling Jeeps.
