Matthew R. Villegas
Estate Planning and Estate Administration Paralegal

Matthew R Villegas
Matthew joined BCK in September of 2023 and works as an estate planning and estate administration paralegal.
As an estate planning paralegal, Matthew assists attorneys and clients with the drafting of comprehensive estate plans, including revocable (living) trusts, wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and documents necessary to fund clients’ revocable trusts. He also supports the firm’s ongoing estate and trust administration matters, assisting our clients with navigating the intricacies of the probate and trust administration process. Matthew’s background and continued work in these areas of practice provide him with a well-rounded perspective and an in-depth understanding of the interrelationship between estate planning and administration.
Before joining the BCK team, Matthew worked for a boutique estate and business planning law firm in Phoenix as an estate planning, business planning, and estate administration paralegal. Matthew has over twenty years of experience assisting clients with estate and business planning, asset protection, and probate and trust administration issues.
Matthew was born and raised in Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies. Matthew is a proud father and lover of music. When Matthew is not relaxing with friends and family, he enjoys cheering on Arizona Sports teams (other than that school down south), playing sports, going to concerts, and four wheeling Jeeps.
