THE PETS OF BCK
EJ Brooks
Pets are not our whole life, but they do help to make our lives whole.

For many of us at BCK, our canine companions are valued members of our families, and bring great joy to our lives… and as the traditional traits of “man’s best friend” are also hallmarks of our firm – dependability, loyalty, intelligence – it is befitting that we pay tribute to our best friends here.
ZUKO
Zuko is a Great Dane who was born in November of 2018 and became a part of the family as a puppy. Zuko weighs about 165 lbs. but thinks he weighs about 30 lbs. He is the biggest “lap dog” and loves to cuddle. His favorite activities are anything social where he can meet people and dogs, such as farmer’s markets and art festivals. He’s also quite the celebrity at OHSO, Snooze, and Pedal Haus in Tempe.
SIRLOIN
Sirloin is a Great Dane who became part of the Brooks family as another foster fail. He was supposed to be a temporary foster but somehow wiggled his way into becoming a permanent part of the family. He loves to play with Nala every day, and his favorite game is tug-of-war with his rope toy. Sirloin also has no sense of personal space and will lay or sit on any human or dog.
NALA
Nala is a Great Dane who became a part of the family as a rescue foster fail. She was found in the desert in New Mexico but is now part of a loving family who spoils her to no end. Nala is very sweet and loves people. She can’t seem to get enough petting and loves to snuggle. She also loves to play with her siblings in the back yard.
