Will M. Graves

Will Graves joined BCK in 2021 as an Associate Attorney, focusing on estate planning, probate and trust administration.  He is passionate about helping clients preserve and pass along their wealth and legacy. Will is the kind of person who goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are well-informed and well served.  He takes pride in guiding clients through the decision-making process of estate planning as well as working with fiduciaries to oversee an efficient and effective transfer of assets after the passing of a loved one.   

Prior to joining BCK, Will provided services to clients within the areas of estate planning, immigration law, and civil litigation for over 17 years. These years provided Will with valuable experience working with a wide variety of clientele and allowed him to develop excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills.  

Will’s clients often tell him that it is remarkably fitting for someone named Will Graves to work in this field of law. Will agrees and often finds a way to laugh with his clients despite the seriousness of the subject matter. 

Will was born and raised in Iowa before moving to Arizona in 2002. He received his B.A. from Buena Vista University, his M.S. from Arizona State University, and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. 

Will is married and enjoys spending time with his wife, nephew, dog and turtle. He also enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and playing basketball.
