Working with this firm was a pleasure. My attorney was Kelley Cathie, who was not only very knowledgeable, but also listened to and responded to my concerns. She prepared the necessary documents quickly and explained all the legal terms in plain, everyday English. I would use this firm again without hesitation if the need arises and would also recommend them to anyone in need of an attorney.

We contacted BCK to help us settle my mother-in-laws estate after her passing. I am so glad we did - as we certainly would have made mistakes due to our lack of knowledge. Will Graves and his team were great to work with. Communications were prompt and answers to any questions were explained in detail. Settling an estate is a huge task at a time when you're dealing with a death in the family. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with attorney, Kelly Cathie was better than excellent! She is extremely bright and confident, and knows her field well. She also has the ability to explain things in simple terms, which makes it easy for me and my wife to understand. She was extremely thoughtful and caring and I trust her completely. The process of preparing trusts and wills was handled quickly and the office was extremely efficient and thorough. Over my lifetime I have dealt with other attorneys and estate attorneys multiple times. Kelly Cathie and her office staff were the best by far of anyone I've ever dealt with in the past. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to her office and I'm very grateful. I will be recommending her to family and friends, without hesitation, and within enthusiasm!

Brad Braun prepared our original estate plan about 10 years ago. We recently worked with Brad to update our estate plan due to family changes such as new grandchildren. Brad and his team did an excellent job of professionally and efficiently updating our plan at a very reasonable cost. One great feature that Brad provides is a graphic depiction of the living trust and how the assets flow upon our passing. We highly recommend Brad and his team if you are in need of estate planning services!
